Phil Hellmuth Jr or “the poker brat” is simply the best poker player in the world. Hellmuth was born in July 16, 1964 in Wisconsin, United States. Hellmuth has won 14 WSOP Bracelets and many other prestigious poker tournaments till date. The first WSOP bracelet won by Hellmuth was back in 1989, when he defeated a pro Johnny Chan in a very close game and at the age of 25.
Phil started playing poker in his early age and became a professional poker player. Phil has won a hugh amount of $18,806,518 by playing at various poker festivals. Total number of career titles for Phil is 46 and total number of cashes for him is more than 266.

In 1989, Phil cracked his first bracelet for $10,000 main event and made $755, 00. The next was in 1992, and the event was $5,000 No Limit Hold’em, where he made $168,000 of cash. In 1993, he got 1st position at $1,500 NLH and collected $161,400. In 1993, again he made $173,000, playing for $2,500 No Limit Hold’em and got 1st position. Again in 1993, he made out $138,000 playing at $5,000 Limit Hold’em.
In 1997, he earned $204,000 playing for $3,000 Pot Limit Omaha Hold’em. In 2001, he made another $316,550 playing for the event $2,000 No Limit Hold’em. Another bracelet win in 2003 for the event $2,500 No Limit Hold’em and money made was $171,400. In 2006, for the event $1,000 NLH, he made $631,863 and topped the field size. In 2007, he made $637,25 playing at $1,500 No Limit Hold’em.
In 2012, he got 1st prize of $182,793 playing at $2,500 seven Card and in the year 2012 he made an enormous money of €1,022,376 or $1,333,841 playing at world series of poker Europe main event.
World Poker Tour:-
Phil hellmuth has played six final tables of the world poker tour and has been awarded 12 times cashes of the tour. He has made lots of money playing at WPT hosted tournaments world wide. In 2003, he played for World Poker Finals $10,000 No-Limit Hold’em, got 3rd position and made $281,700.
In the year 2008, Phil participated to L.A. Poker Classic $9,900, got 6th position and collected $229,820. In the year 2010, Phil Hellmuth participated to another world poker tour festival that is Five Star World Poker Classic $25,000, got 7th place for him and took home a cash prize of $152,856.
