Independence Day might be July 4th, but the real fireworks start on July 2nd at Americas Cardroom. The US-facing online poker site today announced a massive 50-seat guarantee for this year’s World Series of Poker in Las Vegas.
“What happens at Americas Cardroom also happens in Vegas,” stated Michael Harris, spokesperson for Americas Cardroom “We’re excited to be sending online poker players to not only the biggest poker tournament in the US, but globally as well. We look forward to welcoming everyone to our big 50-seat guarantee and we can’t wait to see one of our own at the final WSOP Main Event table.”
Americas Cardroom will run a 50-seat guarantee to the World Series of Poker on Sunday, July 2nd. Winners will earn a $12,500 prize package consisting of the $10,000 Main Event buy-in and $2,500 for travel and accommodations. That’s $625,000 in total guaranteed packages, with each winner getting their $12,500 in cash, directly in their account.
Those who win a package can take advantage of fast withdrawal times for their money, including Bitcoin payments within 24 hours. Players are responsible for buying themselves into the WSOP Main Event and arranging all travel.
The 50-seat guarantee comes with a $540 buy-in, but players can get into it for much less. Leading up to the event, Americas Cardroom will host step tournaments, regular satellites, super satellites, and MEGA satellites.
WSOP Buck Hunt and WSOP Jackpots
Also in the mix are Jackpot Poker and WSOP Buck Hunt giveaways. The WSOP Buck Hunt promotion is part of Americas Cardroom’s new “Big Bang” software release, and offers random chances to win a package. A flying chip may randomly appear on screen during a cash game and the first player to click it wins. Jackpot Poker games are currently offering $3 and $30 chances to win a $12,500 WSOP package.
