Ryan Dunn has won the $500K Guaranteed event at Lucky Hearts Poker Open and collected the first prize of amount $140,000. This was a $2,650 buy in to which Dunn, an underdog topped the table and managed to get the first prize.
He defeated players like Jonathan Duhamel (The High Roller winner), Michael Laake, Aaron Massey and many more, who have done quite well in their gaming careers. Total number of participants to the event were 185 but only top 27 positions got paid in which the November Niner, Josh Beckely got (27th place0, John Dolan booked for 21st position and Jake Bazeley( A World series of poker circuit winning) got 15th position for himself.
Top 9 Positions of the event are as follows:-
1st:- Ryan Dunn of Florida topped the table and was the winner with the amount $140,000.
2nd:- Charbel Azzi of Methuen was the runner up and took home $82,500.
3rd:- Bryan Piccioli of New York got $47,500 and was at 3rd place.
4th:- Jack Duong of New Jersey took home $38,500
5th:- Michael Laake of Punta made $30,000.
6th:– Sam Panzica of Samine made out $25,000 and was at 6th place.
7th:- Aaron Massey made $20,000.
8th:- Hans Winzeler of Miami got his winning share of $15,000
9th:- Jonathan Duhamel was at 9th position of the event took place at Lucky Hearts Poker Open and collected $10,000.
Dunn was an underdog to the tournament in presense of some top poker players of the world i.e. the Canadian Duhamel, The American and the Florida State Poker champ Hans Winzeler, Aaron Massey( 2014 HPT player of the year) and many others.
Dunn was very happy after this great win and told reporters that “It just feels so much better and I’m very fortunate and did good work”.
