Ting Xiao wins Main event of WSOP HORSESHOE Baltimore

Ting Xiao, One of the pro poker players from Frederick, Maryland wins his first ever World Series of poker HORSESHOE championship currently being held in Baltimore. He wins this prestigious award and a cash prize of $147,699 and a golden ring. He also secured one of the seats for WSOP global championship in 2016. The main event for this tournament i.e. $1,675 No Limit Hold’em attracted total 458 entries, which generated a cash pool prize of $687,000. The entire cash prize distributed to the last 54 players who were the finalists of the event.

This turned to be a great day for Ting. . He played really well and did exactly what needed at the end of the game. At day one of the game/event Xiao finished with 184,000 chips which make him the leader of the game to the second day.

Xiao was very pleased after winning the best shot of his career. He got emotional and told reporters that he was badly wanted the ring.

The next finisher or the finalist of the event named as Sandeep patel, an information technology guy from New Jersey wins his share of $91,323.

Russ Head is another finisher of the game. He is from Georgia and made $66,715 from this particular prestigious poker tournament.

Fourth position of the final table goes to John Gorsuch, a player from Virginia. He made $49,457 while playing at Baltimore.

And the fifth finalist of the event is DJ MacKinnon from Buffalo, New York and is a professional poker player as well. He wins a cash prize of $37,194. Total earning for MacKinnon, while playing at various tournament and WSOP is $213,564.
